About our program

At MWM, we recognize struggling with weight is a chronic, medical condition. The good news is, there are safe and effective treatments now available. Our program provides behavioural and medical treatment that is tailored to your individual needs, aimed at helping you reach your Best Weight.

The 6-month MWM Foundation Program includes:

  • A fully virtual program delivery
  • Modules designed to guide your weight management journey
  • 5 consultations with a Physician
  • 8 consultations with a Dietitian
  • Tools & Resources
  • 6 months of support

We offer flexible payment options:

Program costs are eligible for coverage under some private insurance plans. We issue receipts for dietitian appointments. Other program costs may be eligible for coverage under general health care spending accounts if applicable.

Our program is subject to eligibility criteria. Please confirm that you:

  • Are 18 years or older
  • Have a family physician or nurse practitioner that oversees your care
  • Are not currently pregnant or breastfeeding
  • Do not have a diagnosed, active eating disorder
  • Have not had bariatric surgery within the last 5 years
  • Do not have an active mental health condition that would impact in your ability to participate fully in the program
