About the Program

MWM Foundation Program™

  • Our MWM Foundation Program™ is 12 months long.
  • Access to 7 consultations with a Physician specializing in obesity.
  • Access to 12 consultations with a Registered Dietitian.
  • You receive referrals for any required assessments or tests that will help inform your treatment journey.
  • We provide tools and resources.
  • All delivered from the comfort of your own home.

$195/month + tax for 12 months

Our program is subject to eligibility criteria. Please confirm that you:

  • Are 18 years or older
  • Are not currently pregnant or breastfeeding
  • Do not have a diagnosed, active eating disorder
  • Have not had bariatric surgery within the last 5 years
  • Do not have an active mental health condition that would impact in your ability to participate fully in the program
